Simple 21 Day Program!
As we say goodbye to one year and welcome in a new year most of us reflect on the outgoing year, reflecting on what we liked, what we would change and brainstorm on a plan for the new upcoming year.
I love to set goals and plan, but it’s easy to set goals that are very high with unrealistic expectations. That are not attainable, setting ourselves up for failure. Or we set goals with no plan on how to reach them.
When I was planning this 21-day program, my aim was to create a program that made goal setting easy, was able to be customized for each person and family and was for those that are looking to make changes but are new to health and lifestyle. My plan is to start out slow modifying and tweaking the plan for our individual families so we can gain success working towards transformation and lasting change.

21 days of Menu with step-by-step easy to follow recipe guide with shopping list. Food that your whole family will love. How to chose foods that nurish and fuel your body. Foods that will keep you full and statisfied. Short on time? No need to prep all day. Making healthy meals can be easy. Tips will include: prepping for the week, making meals last longer & how to keep it simple.
Guide How to read labels and recognize hidden ingredients. This can be so confusing but we will simplify it. What are good fats and how to make good choices.going dairy-free, gluten free and sugar-free. What to look for and how to replace these foods in your diet.
Snack Exchange Easy wasys to stick to healthy lifestyle includes being able to snack between meals. We will learn good healthy snacks and exhanges for processed, sugary, snacks.
Get your whole family moving exercise is a key component to our health but we dont need to spend the whole day in the gym or do things we hate. Exercise or movement as I like to call it should be fun, something we enjoy. You will recieve exercise ideas that you can fit in anytime and almost anywhere.
