Cedar Plank Wild Salmon with Lemon & Rosemary

Serves 4

 

Ingredients:

2 Large Wild Salmon Filets

1 Lemon sliced

4 sprigs Fresh Rosemary

salt/pepper to taste

Cedar Grilling Planks(soaked)

 

Directions:

 

Be sure and pre-soak cedar plank until plank is thoroughly wet, then let dry.   Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Place wild salmon filets on the plank, season with salt and pepper to taste(approximately 1/2 tsp of each).  Place lemon slices on top of salmon along with rosemary sprigs.  Place the plank on a grill pan, or roasting pan.  Cook for 15-18 mins until flakey.
