Our Immune System is made up of every part of our body.  Organs, cells that protect our body from viruses and bugs.  A Healthy immune system works to eliminate and remove foreign bad bugs, viruses, bacteria. Helping our body to fight off any illness that attacks our body.

When Our immune system is healthy it just keeps working for us.  We don’t even recognize what it’s doing on our behalf.  These bugs and battles they are fighting for us naturally.

But, if our system is weak the fighters are not able to fight as well for us.

There are lots of reasons that our immune system can be disrupted.

an autoimmune disorder
sleep or lack of sleep
and so many more
