Smoked Salmon Cucumber Bites
Serves 6
- 3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt or dairy-free option use
- KiteHill non-dairy cream cheese, or ricotta
- 1 1/2 Cucumber (sliced) you can leave the skin on or remove
- 10 1/2 ozs Smoked Salmon (sliced)
- 3/4 tsp Black Pepper
- sprig of Dill
Directions:
Add a dollop of yogurt or non-dairy cheese to each cucumber slice and top with a small slice of smoked salmon and sprig of dill. Sprinkle with black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
Note: for a non-dairy option you can purchase kite hill cheese with fresh herbs or you can add in your own herbs and spices. I love to use both!
