Asian Turkey Wraps
Ingredients
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1onion diced
1 knob ginger or 1 Tbsp ground
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Cloves garlic minced
2 Pounds ground turkey
3 Tbsp coconut aminos or tamari
1 Bib Lettuce
1 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cups almonds chopped
1 lime sliced into wedges
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, ginger and seasonings. Saute until onions are translucent .
Add the ground turkey and cook until brown and cooked throughly. Add coconut amino or Tamara. Saute until liquid is incorporated. Remove from heat.
Assemble the lettuce cups on a plate and add turkey mixture, sprinkle with almonds and shredded carrots. Squeeze lime over the top.
Add spice add some chili flakes.
