Creamy Broccoli Quinoa
Ingredients
1 3/4 cup truRoots Organic Quinoa
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp nutritional Bragg Organic Yeast Seasoning
2 cups broccoli
Directions
In a large saucepan add water and quinoa, bring to a boil and cook 15-20 minutes. While quinoa is cooking steam chopped broccoli, cook until fork tender. Combine cooked quinoa, broccoli, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast. Toss & Enjoy
