I love this recipe! It is such a simple, easy recipe and is perfect to make and take for a gift! I make this every year for valentines and Christmas. Everyone loves the sweet & savory taste of the nuts, chocolate & sea salt!

Ingredients

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

20 ounces of dark chocolate (you can use chips or baking bars) The higher the percentage the better!

15-20 ounces of mixed nuts(I love to use almonds, cashews, cranberries, you can add in some coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds)

Melt the chocolate in a microwave dish or double broiler. (In the microwave set for 45 seconds, stir then melt for an additional 40 seconds.

When the chocolate is melted add in the nut mixture. Stir to combine. Line the parchment paper with the chocolate mixture, a thin layer. Sprinkle with sea salt and let set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Variations:

Add in some gluten-free crushed graham crackers, gluten-free pretzels, or popcorn along with the nut mixture.
