Spicy Asian Stir-Fry,One of the meals I have missed going grain, gluten-free. Most stir-frys are made with gluten, MSG’s, and other preservatives.  These delicious meals are usually served on a bed of rice(which I love)!  This recipe you can enjoy with only whole, preservative free, grain free, paleo, autoimmune approved ingredients!

Spicy Asian Stir-Fry serves 4

  • 1 Pound ground pork sausage
  • 3 TBSP coconut or olive oil
  •  2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 chopped onion
  • knob ginger grated or 2 tsp ground
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup  Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos  or see my homemade tasty Teriyaki Sauce
  • 8 Large romaine leaves

In a large saute pan add oil of choice, chopped onion and ginger, stir until translucent.  Add broccoli, carrots and cabbage, stirring occasionally until fork tender.  While vegetables are cooking Cook sausage in separate pan.  When sausage is done add to cooked veggies along with coconut amino’s salt, pepper, and ginger mixing and loosening all the yummy veggies together.

Arrange on rice or a bed of romaine lettuce leaves.
