Strawberry & Kale Smoothie (Serves 2)
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk or Coconut Milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cup packed fresh kale leaves
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 ripe peeled banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 Tbsp. nut butter
- Dash ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend it & Enjoy!
2. Pour into 2 glasses.
This is a great snack, breakfast and perfect for a healthy after-school pick-me-up!
